Can I personalise the certificate?
Yes! You can include the names of the recipient, the sender(s), and a personalised message during checkout.
How long will the certificate be valid for?
Your certificate is valid for 12 months from the date or purchase.
How do we book the photography session after we receive the certificate?
Either you or the recipient of the certificate can call or email us to arrange a convenient time for your session. Contact details will be included on the certificate.
Where will the photography session take place?
We have a number of parks we like to use for our family sessions around Sydney, and we'll suggest several options during our pre-session consultation. We're happy to hear if you have a preferred location in mind too!
Can we add products or files to our order after we purchase the certificate and/or after our session?
You will have the opportunity to add prints, digital files, an album, or any of our other products to your order after your session. Of course there is no obligation or pressure to add anything to your certificate.
